We are recruiting bright, talented web developers to become a part of our growing team. To join our Web team, you should have a thorough understanding of CSS, XHTML, and Web standards. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage quality assurance are also essential. Pluses include knowledge of PHP; basic javascript skills; experience with CMSs and database-driven sites.

Ability to collaborate and to work independently are both important. The ideal candidate will take pride in managing his/her projects, in assuring quality, and in delivering an impressive end-result.

Projects and assignments vary from week to week, and are often assigned based on the unique interests and skills of each team member. Tasks may include: converting flat design concepts into functional html templates; producing new websites; developing new components for existing sites; working with blogs, content management systems, e-commerce systems; creating interactive forms, calculators, and other utilities; updating existing sites; serving as a client contact; and search engine optimization and analysis.
